Where is my order? Where are the email responses? You took my money and I have nothing. This is not okay. After four inquiries and an order placed on Thanksgiving weekend, this is unacceptable.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY- I placed this order for Christmas on December 7th. (Order # 432960) There has been zero communication, and the order number and email you provide on the website just says that "it has been handed over to the postal service." Much like everyone else's frustrations here, this was a gift for my husband and I'm livid that it's been this long with NOTHING to show for it. I understand the Christmas rush, but no communication and no way to track it (even with the order number... I was never provided a tracking number) is ridiculous. I'll be disputing this order, and I will not be a repeat customer.

Do Not Buy…May have started company with good intentions but they have NO IDEA how to get their product out promptly or how customer service works. These knifes are not coming from Delaware USA, they come from China, that right there makes me NOT want them and if that was on their website I never would of ordered them. I placed my order (#428246) on 11/29/24 like everyone else I received confirmation email. I tracked my order thru 12/17/24 then no info available after that date. I have sent 2 emails with no response and there is no phone number to call. I have now entered a depute claim on my charge.

This is a scam. I just disputed on my credit card. Tracking information just runs in circles. Tracking website is a joke.

**Update 1/6/25** Package arrived today and in decent condition except one box was squished but the product was not damaged. The knives are heavy but I will let my husband try them out as they were to be a gift for him, and see what he thinks about the quality. They don't look terrible but do not appear to be the hand forged quality advertised. I was refunded the cost so it isn't a loss of anything other than time and headache dealing with this. **Update 12/31/24** Customer service finally reached out and apologized for the delay and have refunded my card. They told me I can keep the knives as a gift as they have already shipped. But when I try to track them, the order # still doesn't show any tracking information. If I ever do receive the knives I'll update again. Not too confident they will ever show up. I like many others placed an order Dec 8. I immediately received a confirmation of the order via email stating it would be shipped in 2 to 5 days. 10 days later, still nothing. I wrote them two emails, zero reply. December 19 I finally receive an email with the order #42440. Then on Dec 22 I got an email stating the order was being processed. Make that make sense. Today, Dec 27 it still says tracking info not found when I attempt to track it. What a joke! And the address in Delaware is bogus. It goes to an empty building. I have already disputed with my card. This company should be shut down. It is a complete sham with clever deceptive advertising and marketing. I'm ashamed I fell for it!!!

Ordered knives on Dec. 6 and still nothing on Dec. 26. Shipping shouldn’t take this long. I have reached to them several times and no response. I definitely will urge others to stay away from this company.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I ordered a knife on 12/5/2024 with a guarantee to receive this before Christmas. It is 12/26/2024 and I still have not received my order and the tracking information is bogus. I have 21 tracking updates but mainly they are "It has been handed over to the postal service" I am reading that this site could be a scam now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They have no way to contact them except through email which I get a response like every three days that it is coming.
