Scam! Payment for the product I ordered processed immediately, and it’s been all downhill from there. They promised 7-10 day delivery, we are now at 30 days and after MUCH prodding, they have provided me with 3 - yes 3 - fake tracking numbers. One from a Chinese company, one from DHL, and one from USPS. None of which indicate that the product has actually been received by this scam of a company. Be assured that this is NOT an American made product and the items are 💯 China made garbage. Check out the reviews - hundreds of angry customers. Beware Update: The company did eventually refund my money. Also, I did eventually receive the knife on January 22. The exterior of the package had clearly been through a lot, and the return address was a person’s name and address…so I’m not sure what that means. I will say it is a beautiful knife, very sturdy and appears to be well crafted. It was a gift for my son, and he said “wow, this is SICK!” so that’s a good thing. Moral of the story: don’t order this for a gift unless you leave significant time for delivery…and to Northern Knife - you would have fewer disgruntled customers if you were upfront and honest about your delivery times and shipping locations right at the time of ordering. I do appreciate the refund and the Loki - it is high quality and beautiful. I updated my rating to reflect that.

I ordered 3 knives for my husband for Christmas in December 8th. They didn’t arrive until December 31st. The very first time he used the knife, on a pork shoulder, it dented in like butter. These knives are NOT good quality like the company promises. When I emailed them, they only stated that their knives are perfect and didn’t offer anything at all. I do not recommend.

I have never received this knife. It was ordered way before Christmas as a gift for my son-in-law. In trying to track this order, it has been sitting somewhere since 12/27. I have read other reviews where this has been a problem. I have requested a refund.

This knife is excellent quality. I really love it and it is as expected and advertised. It took a long time to ship. I couldn't get a tracking number. If you can wait. It is worth it. We love our loki knife.

BUYER BEWARE - with a US address on their website it's VERY DECEIVING! Shipping time is awful! Looks like it's shipping from China. So upset I thought I was buying American. Totally should have read the reviews before ordering! Here we are 1/2/2025 and I still haven't received Christmas presents I ordered early December! Customer Service is non-existent.

The knives are good quality, nicely weighted, sharp out the box and boxing is nice touch. The customer service is the issue. Ordered 3 as a Christmas present on the 8th of December. Thinking this company would be on it to have them delivered by 24th. A little more than 2 weeks to be delivered. Delivered on December 31st missing Christmas. Tracking was vague, updates behind by days. Now I have to ship these individually to all 3 recipients. Cost out of my pocket to get them shipped and customer service DOES NOT CARE. Responding with AI(probably) generic responses. If you buy these expect a very long delivery time frame...Plan Accordingly.

UPDATE! They have reached out to me and helped with my issue. I received my order, but had an issue and have reached out by email FOUR times and once on the website, with no response. This is highly disappointing in the lack of communication with their customers. Will NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered it over a month ago for Christmas. Was told 5-7 days shipping. Then 10-12 days. Then 25 days. I still haven’t received the knife. It is Jan 2nd. This was the only thing I could afford for Christmas for my husband. They refused a refund or any explanation. This is the most negative experience I have ever had. No help from the company whatsoever. Very uncaring and cold…they cannot be trusted!
