Just like the rest of the reviews the item never arrives. My wife ordered December 8th for a Christmas gift. It is now January 9th and still nothing! The "tracking number" provided doesn't actually show the location of items but just gives a vague update. Of course there is no phone number to call just a way to message and give some BS response.

I placed order 457732 on 12/16/24, 4 knives for my husband's Christmas gift. I'm upset that they still have yet to arrive. I really hope they are worth the wait but I'm very disappointed that they have yet to arrive. I understand there are shipping and processing times but when a company has a Holiday Sale, I was led to believe they would arrive for the Holiday. I will update my review based on how the company response and knife quality when they finally arrive.

Same experience as those below. They advertise fast shipping but I ordered a knife on December 18th and still nothing. There is no transparency with shipping information. The only way to track it is on their website. My package was “turned over to USPS” a week ago and I haven’t heard a peep since. I reached out and was provided with a tracking number but it isn’t a USPS code and pulls nothing. Doesn’t seem like a legit company. HOWEVER, I will say that customer service has responded quickly and been very courteous.

I waited about a month to receive my order. I got it today and it is just as described. The only problem I had was the length of time it took to receive it.

Absolutely horrible experience and a horrible company. I placed my order on December 5 and I still do not have it. I’ve reached out to them two more times still haven’t heard anything either. Apparently they’re just gonna completely blow me off and stiff me my knife. Time to fight the charge the bank. So bad.

Scam! Beware

Placed an order on Dec 8th, said 5-10 business days that it would arrive before christmas. I didnt realize they meant christmas of next year! Upon contacting them, i was told it was handed over to the postal service, however they can't provide a delivery estimate until USPS (United States Postal Service) has my package, I'm totally baffled by this. only added an extra star because of the response I got. I will provide an updated review after my knives come in, If they do. Update: Order was out for delivery, then i got an alert saying the adressee was unknown and the package was returned to sender.. i was hoping to change this to a more positive review and give the company the benefit of doubt. Should i not recieve this package no later than tomorrow (1/23/25), it will confirm my suspicions of being a scam and a complaint will be filed. Removed 1 star for false hope.

Unfortunately just like the rest of us, we gave these knifes a shot. I ordered a set a month ago, quick to process my payment and gave me some BS tracking system in Chinese. Of course I can use the translate system but still, very deceitful with a U.S. address only to find out the product is coming from China. DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN THE TIMEFRAME PROMISED OR AT ALL.
