I placed an order on Dec 21, received an email with an order number and said I would be notifed when it shipped. As of January 12, I have heard nothing. I have sent 5 separate emails to this company about my order and no response at all. I am wondering if this is a legitimate company.

Northern Knife is the worst company I have ever dealt with because their service department is pretty much nonexistent. I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/8/24 and as of 1/12/25 I have not seen my product. I would give them zero stars if I could. I would suggest that you would avoid dealing with these jokers. They are terrible. After many emails to them the still can’t tell me when I will se my products. John R.

Similar story as many have shared; placed an order with Northern Knife at the beginning of December for a gift for my husband. Followed up on December 29th and still nothing. The tracking links sent don’t show any status of where my orders are at or any real info to demonstrate that my orders are being processed to be delivered. Definitely think this is a scam and not a real company

As everyone else I ordered Dec 7th and today January 11th no knives no update when I use their tracking system it said stalled a few days ago now there is nothing updated since 12/30/24. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts!! The sad part is I googled company before I purchased it and the knives had great reviews. It did look like they were coming from Canada but that’s not far away from the US!!! I am soooo upset. Hundreds of dollars wasted. They arrived January 21st nothing like giving a photo of the item for a present!

Ordered over a month ago…still don’t have my knives. Also noticed they were stuck in customs. I wasn’t aware China was in the North. Steer clear from this company

If I could give a zero star response, I would. I was not provided a tracking number until I complained numerous times. Tracking number does not work with USPS - I have informed delivery service and it is not legit. Phone number contact doesn’t work. Address looks like a strip mall rental on google maps. SCAM! I have repeated requested my money back and am being offered 50% refund!! LOL- no! This is how they turn a profit ! Order placed on 12/7/2024. Nothing. Filed dispute charge with CCC -which requires further work on my part to document. Also, people—- file your complaints with BBB! Asap! Only way to fight this scam they are doing by using a “play on business name” with a Legit company out of Alaska that sells knives. (Norther knives) This is bs. Spread the word to help others!

I ordered knives for my husband’s birthday a month ago and haven’t received a tracking number or any shipping information. Their promise of fast shipping is obviously a lie! My husband’s birthday was yesterday and there was no gift. I’m extremely disappointed in this company.

There is absolutely NO excuse for shipping within the United States to take so long! I ordered mid-December 2024 and as of today, January 10, 2025, my order has not arrived. I certainly wish I would have read the customer reviews prior to giving my money to this company when there are other reputable companies that I could have purchased from. If my order has not arrived by next week, I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. I should have done my homework! My advice to anyone contemplating ordering from Northernknife is DON'T!!!!
