My wife got me the Loki and the Ragnar for Christmas... but they didn't arrive until today (January 16). They are cool knives, I can't attest to the quality yet, but the shipping from China did take about 40 days. But look at how many people just on this site say they ordered for Christmas. My wife saw them on a social media ad. I'll bet a ton of other people did as well and ordered all at the same time. She did speak to the company and they did respond, so I don't know what more you can say for a company that likely got slammed for Christmas and is barely keeping up with sea shipping from China.

Really wish I would have accessed this site directly rather than relying on the obviously cherrypicked Trustpilot reviews they show on their site. Here is a summary of my transaction thus far: Dec. 12 - order placed Dec. 18 - shipping information received (i.e., shipping label created)/my first email to customer service was sent inquiring about status Dec. 20 - received NorthernKnife email "your order is on the way" (no, it's not; won't ship for 4 more days) Dec. 24 - actual shipment of item per the detailed tracking (12 days, not the 2-5 promised); 7-12 working days from this date would be, latest, January 13 (although only because the first timeframe wasn't even close) Dec. 30 - first response from supposed "7 out of 7 customer service" without any actual service Dec. 31 - "handed to post office" per tracking although the header line in the tracking says "A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package." Jan. 5 - received NorthernKnife email "your package will arrive soon!" Jan. 16 - still no package; detailed tracking says it departed a "shipping facility" in California yesterday

So far I am giving only one star. I ordered 3 knives and a sharpener for Christmas gifts on 12/19. I spent $166 after discounts. I have yet to receive the knives or sharpener, yet my card was charged immediately. I know I ordered a bit late to expect them by Christmas but according to the site, before placing the order, they should have arrived on time. Now here we are 3 weeks after Christmas and almost a month after ordering and I do not have any idea if my knives are going to show up. No tracking info available.

Ordered a knife and sheath as a Christmas present. They confirmed the order on 12/8 and the money ($80) was withdrawn from my account. As of today, 1/14, I have yet to receive them. I rec'd 2 emails; 12/18 it's on it's way, and 1/3 it's coming. I have received numerous marketing emails, including asking me to rate them. Unfortunately, the email with the order numbers was deleted from my server in error. I sent an email via their website, but judging by the many other similar reviews, I will not be getting anywhere. I always check out a company before ordering, but failed to with this one--that won't happen again! Update: the company responded to an email inquiry on 1/14 (super nice and helpful lady) and confirmed the knife was on its way. Sure enough, I received the knife & sheath on 1/23/2 5. The knife is heavy and is very sharp, but the sheath is not great quality. I am happy to have received the product. Unfortunately, the wait is very long.

Discussing that you pay for an item. You expect the item to give as a gift and the person is still waiting. I would never order from this company or recommend them again. I prefer a refund!

I ordered this product as a Christmas gift on Dec 15th- which I know it’s a bit late but it says shipping would be 3-7 business days whatever I could deal with it being a little late. It’s now Jan 12th and customers service has been NO help. They keep saying it was sent out on the 30th and I should’ve received it last week but it seems the package is “lost”. The tracking they provide has NO information and is pissing me off so much. I have no more patience and just want my refund back. I opened a dispute via PayPal since that’s how I paid for it but they want me to wait until Feb 1st to see if the seller “responds and fixed things amicably” I’m so over it and wish I never put in an order. Update from 01.22- after I had filed a dispute I was reached out to by the company and they were able to expedite the search process for my package. It finally arrived here yesterday evening and my bf loves his set. It’s upsetting how long it took to get here, but I’m relieved it’s in great condition and quality. I do appreciate the more detailed information I received and the prompt response from the company. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 1. 5 would have been perfect had it arrived more timely.

Do NOT order from this company. Ordered December 8th and I still have not received my order. No communication from Northern Knife. Track order is "Stalled." No Refund for purchases over 30 days yet I have yet to receive my order and its been over 35 days since the order has been place. I wish I had checked this platform review vs Northern knife's platform. Hundreds of dollars spent. Lesson learned - suckered into by a Facebook Ad

I am just like the other reviewers. I ordered in early December and still have not received my product. I will be turning in a report to the BBB and also requesting a refund from my credit card. Hope that works!
