Excellent piece of kit. Really well made, feels very premium. The starter exercises are helpful and I can already start to feel the difference. Still exploring all the possibilities but can see this becoming a core part of my routine.

I love this stick! I am 74 and am really working on improving my flexibility. the stick is perfect! I bought the video package and the man on it is so good at showing and explaining the moves. It feels terrific and I am more flexible already. I had my best friend get one too so she can work as well.I am looking forward to the continued improvement. BTW, customer service is excellent! Thanks so much!

I love this. It has definitely helped Mobility even in the first week. I could sit on my launches which my knees have not allowed in ages. I would like a printed guide as well as the online one and the free book is digital which is a pain but great product.

Well made product, light weight and is an excellent addition to my home workout equipment. I purchased the 90-day training so I could learn to use it, but wish it was an App vs website. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars!

Thank you Maggi, and the app point is fair. It's the most common piece of feedback we get and it's firmly on our roadmap.
