Bought Nordic stretch stick and followed instructions on assembly and caps keep falling off.I contacted them and tried to send video of caps falling because they did not believe me and all videos sent did not reach them Will not buy again

I was following advertisement and ordered for my wife like present...and started gathering negative experiences. First one is package that I got....completely different from ads ( some ugly box, like some construction tool from the warehouse)... Balls on both sides are not tight seated as result periodicly run away.... Less one month usage, the stick started deformate ( became noticeable warped)....just my wife is using (60kg)....and so negative changes...very sad... Very disappointed and frustrated.

It's day 15 since I placed my order and the stick is yet to arrive. I've been in contact via mail and whilst their communication has been good in terms of speed they have misled me badly. I was told that they were experiencing high demand hence the delay but my stick had now been despatched. I then saw a Facebook advert stating in their words that they'd fkd up and now have an over stocked warehouse!!! So I share this with the company who then accept that this doesn't look good and admit to having lied to me before when they said that the stick had been despatched. It hadn't! I've found this to be highly unprofessional and have explained to them that they have lost my trust. They claim to be over stocked but are unable to get the item to me even after 15 days. I'm now not confident that it will arrive at all!

I ordered two after seeing it at facebook. I didnt get any email confirmation of the purchase so I think I was scammed. I emailed the nordic stretch website but didnt received a reply. I did received the item after few days but the promised free gift didnt arrive, the item is sturdy enough and its really good and doesnt slip easily. Although one of them is not straight enough which is a dissapointment.

Thanks Ben, and sorry on three counts here. The free gift is digital rather than physical, so it comes by email rather than in the box. If it hasn't reached you, write to [email protected] and I'll send it directly. On the bent stick: that's a fault and we'll replace it free of charge. Send me a photo of it laid on a flat floor and I'll get it sorted, with nothing to send back. And you shouldn't have been left without a reply. I’m writing an initial review related to my Nordic Stretch experience and will updated my review as time elapses. I submitted my order on 8/20/26 through Amazon Shop Pay and chose a 12 month payment plan. My order included Nordic Compression Boots, multifunctional training system, Nordic mobility stick, Nordic release bar and the 90 day mobility transformation program mobility routine for 463.00. I received an email confirmation but shop pay reflects that they are still waiting for details. The only emails o had received from Nordic following my order confirmation are newsletter type emails with information, guidance and motivation. I have waited patiently because I have read many of the reviews about lack of communication and lengthy (months) delay in shipping. O decided to enter this first review after seeing an email today from Nordic reflecting that I must be using and enjoying my mobility stick. In reality I haven’t even received an email or text letting me know when I can anticipate to start enjoying and using the products. I’m not one of those people that have to have immediate gratification. If I need something quickly I order it through Amazon same day delivery or to be delivered by door dash. My first payment of the 463.00 balance is supposed to be debited from my account in about 6 days. What I do expect and and appreciate as a customer is good communication with reliable estimates and updates as the process proceeds. Nordic customer service has to be aware my order didn’t ship yet. Nordic also has to have some type of idea what is causing the delay (product shortage, staff shortage, etc) just as they have to be aware of as estimated timeframe of when an item will ship. Will it ship in two months? Three? Is the delay expected to last throughout the remainder of 2026? These are answers I’d like to have and updates I’d like to receive while waiting for my items. I wouldn’t cancel my order if Nordic responded that I should not expect to receive my items until October or even November. But to hear nothing at all and still have the payments coming out of my account? Well that’s altogether another story. Do I blame Nordic for product deejays that are most likely out of their control? No, I don’t. Do I hold Nordic responsible for (and have higher expectations) for the poor communication/lack of communication. Yes, I do. I’m still undecided how I will resolve this but more to come.

It took me about 10 emails and 2 months to get the product . Trackng info garbage, lost package , told it was delivered when I just got the bag. Resent got in about a week. Customer service did respond but felt more deliberate to have this many issues. Just opened this AM.. I see potential for product. No instructions or beginner guides just emails to sell more . I may rereview after use for a week or so. I am more hopeful than a week ago.

Thank you for this Joel, and 2 stars is fair. Ten emails and two months is indefensible. The lost package, the tracking that showed delivered when it wasn't, all of it. I won't try to explain it away. On the guides though, you should have them. The Mobility Routine and Mystery Gift are digital and sent by email at the point of order, so they may have got buried under the marketing emails. Chapter 4 has all the exercises with photos and chapter 14 is a 5-minute daily routine. There's also a free video at nordicstretch.com/pages/how-to-use Email [email protected] and I'll send both straight over. Your point about the marketing emails outnumbering the useful ones is one I've passed on.
