 I received the pole a good while back now and it’s of reasonable quality. However any instruction manual or post purchase care is appalling. Despite many attempts to contact the company I have received absolutely no support whatsoever. The only instruction on how to use the pole has been gleaned from watching short YouTube videos, nothing has come from the company. Given that the after sales care is so poor I cannot recommend this company and it’s products.  Update….. Despite emailing Nordic Stretch as requested, I have received NO REPLY! I have serious reservations about this company!!!

Be aware that if you change your mind, or decide the stick is not for you, you must pay for returns to Warsaw in Poland. Given its weight, this makes it literally cost prohibitive to return. The customer service team just sends you an email making it implicitly clear they won't even send you a returns label. Follow up customer service felt passive aggressive and very disappointing. Consider very carefully before ordering because they have made it very, very difficult to send it back

This company sent me a Nordic stretch stick without the ball ends! So it made my product useless.... I tried contacting them multiple times through email and I even went to their Instagram and messaged them and posted but no one got back to me. No phone number to reach them and no follow-up at all. Severely disappointed in my purchase!

SCAM ALERT!!! Product never arrived, impossible to get answers from customer service or shipping company or refund- Buyer beware!!!

The amount of adverts I get for this is ridiculous. It’s just a STICK you can go into the forest and find the same thing. Let alone the adverts are just lies I’ve had the same one saying sale ends in 6 hours for the last 7 days in a row it’s a joke. Have I bought it? No. Will I buy it? No. Maybe I would’ve considered even in the slightest tiniest way of buying it (probably not) if it wasn’t for the endless amount of adverts for it that were fake, half arsed, repetitive and just irritating to watch or listen to

Do not buy they claim full money back guarantee but then expect you to pay for postage it will cost 11-15 pounds to send this back so I lose money for they poor product that does nothing you could get a stick out of the woods as you have to find you videos as they don't give you anything other than a few pics of a couple of exercises

Placed my order 11th September, after a week when I expected to receive my order, I was Emailed to say my order would be delayed. I responded to there Email, but have not received a reply nor an update. I was never given an order number If you are tempted to place an order , ensure you use PayPal to protect yourself. NB: Bianca kindly answered my Email and this review in person. I now have my order number. But it’s still not been shipped….due to a backlog at the warehouse.

Product is good, although, I never received my manual, even after asking for it.
