53 & getting mobile again
As a dancer most of my life, however now at 53 and haven’t been dancing or exercising for a few years, find myself waking up with a stiff body, especially my neck and shoulder. I was intrigued by this mobility stick and seeing several videos of how I can weave dance or yoga movements into a new morning stretch routine in under 10 minutes, I thought I’d give it a go. Despite that they say it Scandinavian designed, it is actually fabricated in China, however quality is pretty good, it is strong and can support my 125 pound weight. Typically grips well and doesn’t slide away from me when I’m on a yoga mat, but it has slid away during a few movements when on my hardware floor. Easy and quick to use every day and I have felt the tension realize in my body and neck after a few days of use. Yay, it’s working! I did purchase the 90-day mobility transformation program, however not necessary, yet well-priced, easy to follow and with a life long membership. I had an issue with logging in and my program doesn’t track my progress as it should but I can follow the exercise videos anyways. I was disappointed that the program says 90 days however the sessions do repeat. I was also hoping that the program would teach more advanced movements, as I saw in the advertisement videos but the movements are more basic and easier than I hoped. Overall, I would totally recommend the mobility stick and the program. Thanks for creating this!

Thank you Erika, thoughtful review and glad the tension is easing already. On the slipping: that's worth knowing, the ball ends grip far better on carpet or a mat than on hardwood, so you're not doing anything wrong there. On the programme structure, you've spotted something correctly: each level repeats its nine sessions across four weeks, and the progression comes when you move up a level. That could be clearer, and I've passed it on along with your point about wanting more advanced movements. If the progress tracking still isn't working, email [email protected] and I'll look into it. Enjoy the morning routine. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch
