You're right that the guide and gift are digital rather than printed, and I take the point that this should be clearer before purchase. That's been passed on internally. On the printed copy: we don't produce one, so it wasn't something we could send. There's also a free video at nordicstretch.com/pages/how-to-use if reading from a screen isn't ideal. On returns, refunds are processed within 7 business days of the parcel arriving with us, and I'd rather find a resolution than have you left with something you can't use. Thank you Nitan, and fair point on the delivery wait, that's something we're working on. Using it alongside yoga is a great application, and the hips are exactly where the leverage lets you get deeper than you could unaided. Interesting that you're feeling it in your feet too. One thing worth flagging, said kindly: the stick is designed as a leverage and anchor tool rather than something to bear your weight, so it isn't really built to work as a walking stick.
