Like others had to wait 6 weeks
Like others had to wait six weeks, it arrived in a plain cardboard box with bubble wrapped sections and the two ends. no nice box or bag. Seems these things are extra. My pole when assembled appears to be slightly bent and not the same design as the instructors. My 30 USD gift expired. I paid a bit more for the exercises which are all online. Working now through the three sets available to me all are variants of the same routines. The videos are poorly edited, abruptly stopping at the end. That said it’s an easy route to daily stretching and the pole is sturdy and there are lots of free programs using (Pilates) poles out there. So somewhat of a neutral impression so far.

Thank you for this, it's a fair and detailed review and I'd rather have it than a vague five stars. The six-week wait was on us, not the carrier, and I won't dress that up. On the bent pole, email me at [email protected] with a short video of it laid on a flat floor and I'll sort it properly. Same for the gift card, tell me which code expired and I'll look at it. The notes on the video editing are useful and I've passed them to the team. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch
