The communication was excellent and the product is extremely well built and designed.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 15, 2026
Great to hear on both counts, Charles. Build quality is something we're stubborn about, so that means a lot. Enjoy it. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

Unusually, given my experience of Facebook ads, this stick does exactly what it promises. I use it everyday now, and I've found it incredibly useful, either as a wake up routine or following hours sitting at a computer. The exercises are fun to do, and even though I've only been using the stick for a few weeks, I feel that it's already improving my ability.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 15, 2026
Thank you Matt, and that first line made us laugh. Fair scepticism, glad we came out the other side of it. Using it after long computer sessions is a smart habit, that's exactly where the stiffness builds up. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

its a fantastic item, I travel a lot and it can be taken with me and the online videos feel like i am taking the trainer with me. Thank you
Response from Nordic StretchAug 15, 2026
That's exactly why we made it break down into four sections, so it can come along rather than stay home. Glad the videos are travelling well with you too. Safe trips. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

This has been the perfect item to improve my mobility whilst providing a very intuitive guide to all exercises. The stick itself is also of good quality for the price
Response from Nordic StretchAug 14, 2026
Thank you Graham. Intuitive is exactly what we were after with the guide, so that's good to hear. Enjoy the mobility work, and keep at it. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

Surprisingly easy to improve your stretch and balance, I’ve noticed a great improvement in my yoga routine since using the Nordic stretch pole
Response from Nordic StretchAug 13, 2026
Thank you Jinpa, that's great to hear. Yoga and the stick pair really well, the extra leverage lets you find depth and balance you can't quite reach unaided. Chapter 7 in the Training Guide has a full yoga section if you haven't explored it yet. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

The system is a great incentive to develop my fitness program in addition to cardio & weights
Response from Nordic StretchAug 13, 2026
Thank you Chris. Mobility work alongside cardio and weights is exactly where the stick earns its place, it opens up the ranges that lifting tends to close down. Enjoy building it into the routine. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

Delivery was efficient and prompt. The equipment itself was very lightweight and very easy to put together. Have used it everyday since I have received it. It has helped regain mist of my flexibility considering most days I could be seated for at least 10 hrs for my job. So having this to use before and after work has been a blessing. Also the communication leasing up to and after I received it has been great.
Response from Nordic StretchAug 13, 2026
Thank you Robert, this is exactly what we hoped to hear. Ten hours seated a day is brutal on the hips and lower back, so using it before and after work is a smart routine. Really glad the communication landed well too. Keep at it. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch

I love the bar it makes a real difference I even took it with me on a short break to the Wirral a great finish after exercise
Response from Nordic StretchAug 13, 2026
Taking it away with you is the real test, and it passed. That's exactly why we made it break down into four sections. Glad it's making a difference, Keval, and that it's become part of your post-exercise routine. // Bianca - Customer support manager at Nordic Stretch
