Great quality & service. Very pleased with the carpets. But keep in mind that Thie pictures are slightly different than reality.

Hi Simon, Thank you for your Review. Rugs can alway look slightly different in real life depending on the natural / artificial light you have in your space. We always recommend ordering a sample.

I love the design of my Nordic Knots rug, but was disappointed by the quality control for a rug at this price point. I was very impressed with customer service, though — they were extremely responsive and understanding, and ultimately offered a price adjustment, which I appreciated. I think if the pricing were better aligned with the quality, these rugs would be a great value. Beautiful designs, but the finishing could be better for the price.

My order delivery timescale was let down by Nordic Knots' third party supplier. The quoted delivery timescale on the website was not achieved. However after raising the long delayed delivery issue with Nordic Knots thier customer service was excellent to promtly step in an resolve the issue and arrange delivery. Customer service took ownership of the issue and were excellent. The rug was beautiful and of high quality. Nordic Knots is highly recommended for excellent rugs and genuine customer care to resolve issues.

Purchased 11 curtain hanger clips for over $100. They didn't suit our space, so we returned them. The return shipping label through FedEx cost $39 for less than two pounds of lightweight hardware. Charging nearly 40% of the item cost to return a package under two pounds feels excessive and unreasonable. We will certainly not be buying from them again, and I recommend no one else purchase from them.

Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our return terms and logistics fees are outlined transparently on our website and within our return portal to ensure clarity prior to purchase. Because international and specialised freight handling involves flat-rate logistics fees regardless of item weight, small accessories carry the standard small-item return fee. That being said, we recognise the nuance of returning small hardware items. We have reached out to you directly and resolved this matter for you. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to refine our service across all product categories.

Over the years I have ordered a dozen or so samples (for $25 each non refundable). Not a single sample looks anything like the photos they post online. The coloring is so far off it leaves you wondering if they sent the wrong sample. Several friends of mine have experienced the same. I don't order rugs from them any more for this reason.
