Terrible customer service- I’ve been trying to return a carpet since mid October. After over a month of emailing constantly and chasing up the customer service team have still not been able to organise a proper collection and return. No mention of a refund which is a significant amount of money. Feels like an absolute scam- be extremely wary about ordering from here!

Great customer service a company that stands by their products and care about the people who purchase their products.

The materials are good As you can see from my correspondence with your customer service division, they never responded to my questions I asked to have something exchanged within the timeframe. They never responded. So I went outside of Nordic knots to get a private tailor to fix the problem that I had created, which was ordering one curtain slightly too long So I must say I’m very disappointed in the customer service in that experience

the color of the carpet is beautiful, the quality is very good, the product requires use (cleaning).

Really great quality. I have other more expensive brands in the house, but have switched to Nordic Knots as the quality is the same, for a much lower price. Really great value and beautiful texture.
