The samples came quickly. The carpet is so plush and high quality. I can sink my fingers in. We bought a large size and it rolled out nicely with no wrinkles or ridges. The color, brick red, is a beautiful rich color.

I paid extensively to order a custom size in May. We paid for boat shipping and expected in September. After being blown off countless times long after the date it was expected, the rug was delivered in December. It was the INCORRECT rug. I will never make another Nordic Knots purchase again. Basic rugs for a exhorbitant price tag and they couldn’t even follow through with a correct order. We followed up immediately upon receiving the incorrect rug and have yet to hear from anyone about the blunder!

I’m disappointed with this company’s lack of attention to customer service. I ordered a rug two weeks ago, but shortly after placing the order, I realized it was the wrong size. I contacted the company immediately but received no response. A few days later, I received a shipping confirmation and reached out again—still no reply. This experience makes me seriously question the reliability and integrity of their business practices. They process orders without issue, but if you encounter a problem, it seems you’re met with silence. Be aware of this company.
