Love the rug Fair price, quick shipping

I purchased a carpet for €995 (Art Deco 1 – Blue) (now selling at €1295), and while the design is undeniably beautiful, I’m disappointed with the overall quality. 1. The carpet has loose threads sticking out everywhere, even though I’ve been extremely careful, using only a simple brush attachment on my vacuum cleaner set to low power. 2. Over time, it has started to lose its shape, with one of the straight edges gradually rounding out. 3. Additionally, the shedding is excessive—simply running my hand across the surface results in a noticeable ball of wool in my palm. For the price, I expected much better durability and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the quality does not match the premium cost.

Excellent product and very good customer service, allowing delivery to a third party. This enabled me to arrange for a local removal company to deliver my rug and lay it for me, which I could not do myself as I am in my 80's and disabled
