Love the colours. Some of the pile is alittle uneven in the way it lays I imagine it will settle with time . But very happy with it. Thank you

I ordered my 10' x12' deep sage green or oregano color Nordic Knots rug for home delivery. I was excited to get it. It arrived when it was supposed to, sorry forget the time frame now, but no matter. I arrived at my doorstep only to find this enormous unmovable rug wrapped in heavy paper of sorts standing half-under the portico against the wall. This was my delivery. I immediately called the closest store to try to arrange a "white glove" delivery whereby they place it in my bedroom in the proper place. Oh yes and the rug pad I ordered as well. They tried and sincerely tried again, but company policy only arranged this IF ORDERED AT THE STORE!! I was stuck with this expensive rug sitting outside my door. Luckily my door faces to the side and there is a long path and steps to arrive at the door. And we have high shrubs around the front yard so no one could easily see it and steal it. My husband arrived home late afternoon the earliest and was able to shove both packages inside the front door. But not without considerable pushing and difficulty and strength. We had other bedroom deliveries the next day and these two strong men for a bit of cash lifted it and brought it to our bedroom. They had to push it a bit to the side and there is an unsightly crease left. I'm hoping our grown strong son who lives in the next state but only an hour away with my husband can fix it. The bedroom chair delivery men who did the placement did a very good job but don't deliver rugs so they just pushed the rug to the side and didn't fix it afterwards. THIS WAS A DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE!! JUST AWFUL!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU CAN LIFT MAYBE 80 OR MORE POUNDS YOURSELF OR WHATEVER!! The rug is gorgeous but I think the Company owes me a solution to the crease which mars its beauty.

Easy to preview samples, end product is beautiful 12’x’15 rug! Ordering process was seamless and super organized. Delivery was fast, quality was terrific! 5 stars!

The product was exactly what we wanted, was in stock, arrived in a very short timescale and once arrived is excellent quality.

Quick shipping, arrived quickly. I know it’s a handmade rug but there are some inconsistencies like one edge isn’t straight and there are a couple spots where I see where a thread (that isn’t the color of the section of the rug) looks like it ended and sticks out. I don’t want to cut it flush in case it causes it to unravel. But the color is saturated and rich and feels thick and plush.

Insanely beautiful rug! There’s worst part is that I had to wait over a month before I could lay it down; remodel taking longer than expected. I’m over the moon with excitement at how beautiful it is!!
