I ordered 2m long curtains and was sent 124cm ones that don't even cover half my window. I asked for a replacement and was again sent the same 124cm curtains I waited two months for. Would not recommend.

I returned a rug to Nordic Knots just a couple of days after receiving it. The refund had still not been processed two weeks after confirmation of receipt of the return, so I called and was assured that it had been processed. It had not, and I called a few days later to complain and also posted my review / complaint here, with Trust Pilot. That got the wheels turning! I spoke again with customer service, and this time, they processed the refund to my credit card (it shows up immediately as a pending credit) and offered a generous discount on a next purchase with them. I am very happy with the quality of a previous rug I'd purchased from them, and they eventually resolved the present situation with generosity. So hopefully, the lengthy return process was just a glitch!

Vi köpte flera olika samples på mattor i jute. Dessvärre kände vi direkt att alla hade väldigt låg kvalitet. Mattorna är stenhårda, torra, för tätt vävda och har ingen som helst stretch eller mjukhet. Detta tyder på en enkel konstruktion där de är hårt pressade och maskinvävda snabbt och billigt. Vi förväntade oss mycket mer. Jämför man med andra premium-märken är de inte är närheten av samma hantverk i väven, tyget och strukturen. Detta är faktiskt ganska pinsamt med tanke på vad Nordic Nest menar sig vara. Nordic Knots ser professionella ut och lägger nog mycket pengar på branding. Synd bara att en bråkdel läggs på kvalitet och hantverk.. väldigt besviken!

Ordered a rug, it arrived and I didn’t like the color, i didn’t even role it out, opened it for 2 seconds half of the rug to see the color. It took them 3 weeks to respond after 5 follow up emails, after they finally sent a return label. After 4 weeks they respond saying the rug shows signs of use and they cant resell it. So they are charging me a fees and wont refund the full price. This website Nordic Knots is the biggest scam!!!!!
