I LOVE this backpack. It is made with the best materials, and seems very durable. I am on the go with my tech all day every day for work so its great to have a pack that can handle it all while being well organized. I also love the fact that it looks very professional. I can dress up and have the pack on me and not feel out of place in a business meeting.

I bought the Nomatic 30L backpack but after 2hrs i changed my mind. Just liked how the other bag had the sunglasses case, water bottle holder, and etc. I emailed them immediately to tell them to cancel my order because i wanted a different bag. I also looked online and it said unfulfilled. I waited 4 hrs for a response and they told me they cant cancel the order. Because it was already shipped. It wasnt til another 4 hrs that recieved that my bag shipped. I explained that this wasnt right and i cancelled woth plenty of time before they shipped it. They told to send ot back for a refund but i would have to eat the shipping. I argued with them and got then to refund everything. Because i had it in email promising me that they will cover my return cost. Took about a week and a half to finalize everything.

I bought a $30 item from Nomatic through their website with the promise from them that "if you are not 100% satisfied with its quality, simply send it back, and we will give you your money back. No questions asked." The item arrived so late that I was not able to use it. I tried to make a return and they are charging a $20 "shipping fee" on my $29.99 item, giving me $9.99 back on my credit card. They twist the return system so that you will use a credit with their store since you get such a small amount of money returned to your credit card. I will not be shopping with this company again.

I gave my grandson a Nomatic Travel Pack for his college graduation. Now I never see him without it. He loves the organization, compact design and conversion to briefcase option. It was a good choice for my college grad.

These are by far the best notebooks I have ever bought. Superb quality and exactly what I need to run between meetings.
