Beautifully made backpack. I've trialled so many in my life and this is the best by a longshot. Worth the money as you'll never need another one again.

Ordered a bag that showed as in stock. After 7 days of no shipping confirmation I reached out to the support team. After 4 additional days, they informed me the bag was backordered and will take 4 weeks to deliver. I replied with additional questions and have not heard back.. it's been 6 business days of silence. Really horrible customer service.. attempting to cancel my order now...

Great customer experience. My wife bought me Nomatic backpack from overseas and it didn’t come with accessories. I have contacted the vendor and they didn’t have them. I contacted the Nomatic and hoping to get those accessories. Just over a week later, I have received a brand new backpack fom Nomatic. This is one of the most impressive customer experiences I ever had with any companies. Thank you for your support Nomatic!

It's an incredibly versatile and sturdy messenger bag! It is holding up very nicely in a trip through Japan.

This company has horrible customer service and a poor return and exchange policy. After purchasing the travel bag for my husband for a trip, he decided not to take it as he felt the bag itself was too heavy. When we returned from our trip we wanted to return it but it was outside the "30 day return period." I thought they perhaps would be flexible with the return date since they still sell the product but they said no. I asked if I could simply exchange the product for the smaller and lighter backpack and again they said no. Most companies would want to satisfy their customers but not this company. They just want to take your money and don't care about pleasing customers. Now I'm stuck with a product I cannot use. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
