Love the products! I own three bags.

I purchased the bag as a Christmas present for my partner. He loved using it everyday to carry his laptop and paper to and from work. Over the year the bag’s zippers have deteriorated and have broken. The bag is excellently designed, however has a crucial weakness.

Purchased a new Nomatic 40L pack before my 10 day European trip and it was the perfect compliment to a std std roll aboard bag. With packing cubes and accessories was able to fit clothes, a pair of shoes and electronics with resorting to huge suitcase - which can be a pain to move in tight streets. The pack Is well made, includes so many storage options to hold gear, and was comfortable given the weight of what was packed inside. Very happy with purchase.

Nice equipment - running stuff and business wear max 4 days during wintertime.

After >3 weeks weeks waiting for my 20L backpack I have finally received my order. The original shipment was returned to the European Warehouse due to missing customs documentation to Switzerland - I expected the team to be more proactive in informing me about and re-sending my order... disappointing in the service front (1 star rating). Apart from this mishap I am very happy with my new backpack - super functional and at first glance very good quality. (5 stars)

First trip with this pack. I’m a biz traveler and this was the only bag I brought - was able to get a suit 2 shirts, workout clothes, dress shoes in this pack, which is outstanding. The separation and pockets again are great. The one drawback I would say is price - that’s what’s keeping this @ 4 stars.

I travel every week... this is the best backpack design ever... have been a Tumi user for years.. now can’t wait for their other luggage to come out!!
