Worst customer service Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Ordered a 40L Bag on 2/22, after 3 days emailed them as there was no update and got the response that there was an error in my order and they will fix and update. it's been more than a week and the package is still in CA and has not left Fedex yet.

Overall the most durable and well thought out travel gear. I put the gear in very harsh conditions abd have always been happy.

Nomatic is the best bag company I’ve come across! I am a lover of bags and when I came across Nomatic on Kickstarter I knew I had to have it. The first bag I purchased was the original backpack and I was so impressed and satisfied by the quality of bag and what I could fit inside the bag. I was able to use the original backpack on a 4 day trip to Florida. I was able to pack everything I needed including my laptop. I couldn’t believe it, and I was able to carry it on the plane (no checked bag fees)! I then ordered the Sling 6L bag and as always I love it! I just ordered the Tech organizer and I’m sure once I receive it, I’ll love it. I work for Apple so I have a lot of tech stuff that I can use this bag for. I will be doing some YouTube video reviews on how great awesome these bags are. This is just the beginning because I will continue to purchase Nomatic bags as long as the qualities and customer service continues to be great! Purchasing luggage is next! Also, I paid for 1 day shipping, however, my bag didn’t arrive until almost a week later. I messaged Nomatic and they refunded my shipping cost within 20 minutes of my message. Amazing customer service! I highly, highly recommend Nomatic. Great job!!

Nomatic has always made outstanding gear above expectations! I currently own a few of the products, and the quality is just outstanding! I couldn't imagine going with any other company for my travel needs. That bus stops with Nomatic!

Have several of there bags . Had a issue with delivery of my last order and they took care of it right away!!

As someone who travels a lot for work I’ve been looking for the perfect bag. This is it. The design that allows for two pairs of shoes, clothes, chargers, and toiletries is the best I’ve seen. The customer service is also great. I had some damage to the bag and the Nomatic team was very responsive in getting me a replacement.

I had no problem getting immediate help, when it came to getting a warranty for a zipper malfunction. Fortunate to have a smooth transaction. Thank you Nomatic!
