I found out about Nomatic through Instagram ads. I am usually very weary of social media ads because I've been baited with good looking products just to receive something that was very offbrand. I ordered one of their Navigator 1L sling and at first, I thought they had been deceived by another shady company because I received a tracking number but after almost a month, I never received my order. My tracking number was still showing as "processing". I finally reached out through their customer service link on their website. Their customer service reached out very quickly and handled the situation very quickly as well. I was able to get a new order and I even received a refund for the expedited shipping that I selected for my initial order.

Indigogo backer for their travel backpack. First off, this company puts in the work to develop gear that is innovative and durable. But what's even more incredible is their commitment to quality and customer service. I developed an issue with the product through wear and tear (because I used it on every trip). Nomatic made the warranty process seamless, and I had a replacement in 3 days. 3 days!?! When does that happen today, from any company, ever?

I bought that Nomatic 20L backpack that expanded to 24L. I absolutely loved the quality and all the different compartments but it was just a little to big for my everyday backpack. So I reached out a couple days later than the 30 days I had it and asked If I could exchange it for another smaller backpack. The Nomatic team, specially Brie, who was helping me was very nice, easy to work with and great at communicating. Once I got the new backpack in a sent in the old one. I love the quality of both of the backpacks!

Nomatic creates innovative, quality products that last. I own several of their bags and have bought their wallets for more people than I can count. Whenever I’ve had a question or a problem with an order, they’ve been very responsive. They really invest in customer service, which to me is the mark of a good business.

As a professional photographer for the past 15 years, I have been to many places, and I always wanted a bag that could fit all my gear. Now I have it! This bag is amazing! I read all the reviews prior to getting the bag, which is pricy, but worth every penny. Its easy to clean, unlike nylon bags. It is so comfortable I barely feel like I am carrying everything. My wife carried it the other day on a photo shoot I was doing and said it felt so comfortable that she wanted one. I do photography and video and this bag holds everything I own, two canon R5 cameras, 4 RF lenses, a DJI Ronin RS 2 gimbal, a Mavic Air 2 drone and smart controller, batteries, CF express cards, Audio equipment, and more. If you are the kind of photographer that is just looking to take pictures on the side of the road because its easy, don't bother getting this bag. You don't need it. But if you are like me and love adventure and getting to places where you can take amazing pictures, this is the only bag you will ever need. I hope they come out with an even bigger bag so I can carry more clothes, drinks, and food. I did not buy the version with the smaller carry bag. It seems not necessary and just takes up bag space. The only thing I would change is that I would have put the Camera gear side on the outside, and the clothing side on the inside. And I would get ride of the quick camera access panel which is not lockable. My brother just got the same bag I just found out a few days after me, and he agreed with what I said. Otherwise, the bag is perfect!

Very happy with Nomatic products (camera Bag w/ accessories). Very good customer service during my interactions. Although a little pricey - I support companies that make products in the USA.

I’ve used a variety of Nomatic’s products over the past few years and have always loved the quality. There were two instance were I had issues, once when a strap broke and another when a package went missing. Both time, support service provided me with the absolute best service. My issues were all resolved within 24 to 48 hours of me reaching out.

I ordered a gift from Nomatic that was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. It arrive after Christmas after my son had left so I had to send it to him. I was so disappointed. While it was probably not their doing, I felt it was shipped late by Nomatic. When I requested some kind of compensation and wrote a poor review, I was contacted by their customer service department. They refunded 10% of the order. I felt they did offer that in good faith, and I wanted to follow up my poor review with this so that people would know that they do have a good customer service department. Thank you, Doreen
