Placed an order for a Christmas not knowing what to expect with country-wide shipping problems. Recent reviews indicated there may be an issue with the order. However, I placed my order on Nov 2, I received an email on Nov 4 that the order had shipped, and on Nov 8 the order was delivered. Truly outstanding! Before ordering I asked a question and received a response in less than 12 hours. Looking forward to making another purchase.

Best travel bag ever! The wheels roll so effortlessly despite the weight it carries. It fits perfectly into the overhead bin as well.

A few of my partners recommended and own a Nomatic. This is my first purchase of a Nomatic Travel Pack and I absolutely love it. I need a versatile bag for my job and this definitely fits the bill. The first day I used it the "waterproof" capabilities were put to the test. I've always used Burton bags but this pack is my new favorite.

There were some shipping issues that occurred due to international shipping and manufacturing delays but the customer support team went out of their way to first resend and shipment and then when that bounced back again, they refunded the order. They were super understanding and accommodated due to the delays manufacturing and cross border shipping caused.
