They do not even deserve a single star!! Their poor cs team of three!! Wow! I feel like they try but who knows. Maybe they are part of it. This is a joke! They take your money and do not provide internet service. I have been a customer for about six months. It’s was okay service up until December the 5th when service stopped. First I was told to go to beat buy and buy a card and they would activate. Did that then I was told no have to buy from them. So did that. Then they would activate. For almost 8 days I was told 24 hours and it will be activated. Then on Monday I was told have to pay $99 and Put in sim number. Did that promised service in 30 minutes. Then in 4 hours. Spent Tuesday on a six hour chat. Yes six hours with 30 minute wait times for responses. Then I didn’t respond within 5 minutes and he closed chat. I was fuming at that point. Still do not have service and I am over their bull crap and lies. They continue to take money based on changes and promises of getting the service working. I will be curious to see how they try to play off the two year contract agreement if not cancelled in 7 days when you cannot chat call or contact anyone to cancel!! By the google reviews it sound like some are game for a class action suit. Count me in… In case they don’t know scamming people out of money is a crime!!! When you can’t deliver on a promise that is a scam.

I ordered internet with nomad and it works for 2 weeks, then it stop working and they said me was an error on the SIM, the made me change the plan for a new one "better" and when it arrived it never works and keep me around a week saying "Tomorrow should be active" and it never happened. 100% not recommended, it is not an option to internet.

Internet is very inconsistent and never reliable. You can't contact anyone over the phone, only chat, but their chat is only open during regular business hours. It's honestly a very lousy service and just not dependable enough for me to work from home. Stay away.

Arrived in Brazil yesterday December 2, 2022. Purchased 5 gig 30 day nomad E-sim. It was successfully installed in my s21 ultra via QR code. Following that there has been ongoing consultation with their tech people. Greater than 24 hours later I still have no connection. I have wasted greater than $50. US, I have wasted hours corresponding with folks with no clue. I am burning up my time in Rio on nonsense and can't use my phone.

Nomad provides no support to customers who are unable to activate the plan. By the time they contacted me about they problem my trip was have over and they never did solve the problem. I DO NOT recommend buying this product simply because their customer service is horrid! They apologized for their late response but that did not help me at all.

Buyer beware- We moved to a pretty rural location and we're hunting an internet option. I saw Nomad and thought we'd give it a shot. I spoke to the chat agents to see which product. They asked me about my cell service. I told them we actually get pretty decent service through AT&T out here. Great, they recommended the Works Anywhere Plan and said they have contracts with the three major providers. I received my kit (like 2 weeks later) and was disappointed to find that it didn't work. At all. I contacted support for help trying to see if something could be wrong with the equipment and they instructed me to removed the Sim card and put it back in (which the directions you will receive for set up specifically state not to remove the card). So when I removed the Sim, I found that it was a t-mobile card. Well, that won't do- t-mobile doesn't get any service here. They said they choose to send the best card for your area, which is BS. You literally cannot even order t-mobile service from t-mobile here. They told me to give it another day or so, and then contact back and if it still didn't work, that they would send a different kit. They said they paused my 7 day trial period as well for the troubleshooting issues. The t-mobile service never got any better. Obviously I knew it wouldn't, but I followed their instructions. They sent an AT&T kit, and said they'd send return labels for the other one, but they never did. Also, I was charged for a month's service on what should have been day 5 of my 7 day trial. The trial that was supposed to be paused. But they said they always charge before the trial is over, they just refund it later if you cancel within your trial. They said they'd issue me a refund or credit for the downtime issues. They never did. The AT&T one worked marginally better. My kids could stream a show on one TV in the livingroom as long as no one else connects to the wifi. We decided to try Starlink and I contacted to ask how to return the equipment and cancel my account. They told me they'd email me the return label and that I would still be charged for the next month of service, but that they'd refund me once they received their equipment back. They have their equipment back and I'm still waiting on a refund. My account, that they confirmed is cancelled, is still showing active with another future billing date. But they said they've opened a ticket to have all that fixed. Just avoid this company at all costs. The router they send you is flimsy garbage, obviously ordered from a bulk Chinese supplier like AliExpress or AliBaba. You can just get one yourself and a simcard from AT&T, T-mobile, or Verizon yourself without having to deal with this complete nightmare of a company. They don't follow through with anything they say they're doing. They basically rob you. When I finally got a number of someone to speak to instead of all the emailing and chatting, the woman I spoke to said that the guys on the chat don't know what they're talking about and can't actually do anything for you.

Scammers! If I could give them a negative score, I would.I tried their service 11 months ago. It never worked despite trying everything. Started trying to cancel my subscription months ago. You start off having to try to get a person on the phone to get a return number. Since I work, I can't sit on the phone all day trying. That took 2 months to get return authorization. Shipped back all equipment in original packing following every instruction they gave. The equipment was back in their warehouse on August 1 with proof of delivery from UPS. On August 9th they billed me for August service. They've soaked me for about $1,500.
