Zach Brown got my billing issues taken care of, we had an issue with the call dropping but he promptly called me back and got everything taken of and cleared up any issues that I had.

Even though I am not satisfied with service and billing . I have been dealing with several issues for 2 months and still waiting for results. But regarding customer service with Zach Brown he did great! Even though I was pissed he managed to calm me down and make me laugh . He didn't match my attitude insteadhe helped me switch my attitude.

Danial Shaw solved my issue with precision and speed and made sure that the issue wouldn’t happen again .

I would give 5 stars but I was on the phone with nomad for 8 hours trying to fix my WiFi no body could figure it out. Then I got in contact with SAM FASH he has fixed my WiFi twice now in less than an hour! So nomad you need to thank Sam Fash. Because he has honestly saved your rating. Give Sam Fash a raise!
