Horrible. Fraud! Their phone number is not in service! My Nomad system doesn’t work but they keep charging me a monthly fee. It’s just a cheap hot spot from China with a T-Mobile SIM card.

I am very disappointed with Nomad's service and support. I had decent service when we first started last year. I purchased a Nighthawk router, and it was great. Unfortunately, after a few months it stopped working inconsistently and I was getting almost no data. Shortly after, I got a message from the sim provider that the sim card was no longer working. Nomad told me the nighthawk (now a very expensive paperweight) was no longer supported, and they sent me a new router and sim card. A few months later, after having yet another router delivered to me in February (the previous router was sent in October.) the service got more and more unreliable until it stopped working completely around the end of April. Since then, I have been paying for service that for most of the time, I am not receiving. I have been told I will receive a refund for the months of service I did not get, but instead I get silence. Final note and a buyer beware: After the last two routers were sent, I did not receive the return label or return instructions. I actually had to email and ask for it. The next day, I was charged for three services. I again sent emails (there is no one to actually talk to) but I have not had any replies from the billing department only the offer to send me yet another router and sim card.

Not up to the promise. Spotty and expensive. Totally stopped working after 2 months. Was told to take a picture of device and SIM card. Never received a response or replacement. Returned whole thing and stopped service. I am thinking they just repackage a hot spot device and take on $50 a month since the SIM card said AT and T on it, which makes me think it was an old hotspot device

I haven't had service for three months. I can't get customer service to answer my chats but they were prompt when they charged me for the router and "service". I disputed the charges on my credit card and was able to get refunded AND get payments stopped. BUT the credit card warned me that they might continue to charge me under a different name so I needed to keep my eyes out for unrecognized charges. I reported to Better Business Bureau and am hoping I can get somewhere. I did hard resets, moved the router to different areas of my house, I even moved it outside since the customer service chat suggested getting better speeds. How much farther outside do I need to be than my front yard?! I will tell ANYONE who asks about how bad Nomad Internet is. If I could charge them for the time lost from my home office, mileage to drive to the local public space offering free internet, etc. I would.

Very shady crooked company that appears to be out to steal money. The service does not work. Speeds are too slow to be usable, you can not actually speak with anyone all communication must be done by chat or email, and they lie. They constantly say that they want to make it right and will resolve the issue and refund your money if they can’t. Well almost $700 later no refunds, it NEVER worked (something I advised them from the day I received it and set it up), and I was being charged for the service AFTER they received everything back. FYI didn’t get a refund for that either.

If I could give 0 rating, I would. As everyone else is saying, Nomad is the WORST. We signed up for Nomad over a year ago and have had spotty service ever since. We've had three new modems and was without service for six weeks last March. They charged us two "service fees" of $249 and $199, with no explanation and continued requests get ignored (other than the "Thank you for contacting us. Someone will be with you shortly"). They began charging more money monthly with no notice, to which I requested a reason and refund, no response. I cancelled their service in June 2021 and they continue to charge me. We cancelled the credit card we had on file with them and lo and behold, Chase let them through even though we told Chase that Nomad Internet was the reason we had to cancel the card. We have asked for a refund of each month they have charged us (4 months at $149.00), they refunded two months. They have no phone number to call (it's a message about because of COVID they can't talk on the phone. Wait, what? you can't get COVID through the phone btw). They only deal with email, and I continue to get the same responses and same questions each time I send them an email to quit charging me. At this point, they owe us well over $900.

Nomad internet is the worst, I bought the strong red plan and it worked for a few days before stoping in the middle of my work day. Customer Support for this is non existent expect to send multiple emails just to get a reply. spent a couple weeks trying to get them to fix it in the end I had enough of waiting 24+ hours between emails and decided to cancel for AT&T. For something that cost so much per month it's inexcusable for their support to be so lax about critical issues for customers.
