Absolument parfait! La qualité est plus qu’au rendez vous et par dessus tout le service client est extrêmement efficace, une petit souci de livraison a très rapidement été appréhender. Je recommande énormément celle belle marque!

I got great customer support from Marie. She was super knowledgeable about watch band sizing for the Apple Watch. It's not that simple! Very happy with the Sport Band I chose.

Nomad makes great, good-looking products and, just as importantly, provides excellent customer support. I am very happy with them

I’ve been a Nomad customer for several years and own quite a few of their products. I recently had an issue with one of my Stratos Bands, and although what initially looked like a straightforward warranty claim became considerably more complicated due to a warehouse transition, the customer service I received from Ozi was genuinely exceptional. He followed the case personally, kept me updated even when there wasn’t yet a resolution, checked details with other teams, honoured promotional pricing that had expired while the issue was being resolved, arranged free shipping, and patiently rebuilt my order until everything was correct. What impressed me most was that I never felt I was receiving generic customer-service replies. Ozi actually paid attention to what had happened and took ownership of getting it sorted. Products matter, of course — and I’m a big fan of several Nomad products — but after-sales support like this is one of the things that makes me comfortable continuing to buy from a brand. Ozi, you’re an absolute star. Nomad, keep him! ⭐️

Their customer support team is amazing. Specific shoutout to Marie - reached out to the team with a shipping issue and received a prompt reply from Marie with a solution soon after, on a Sunday as well! Zero hassle, just amazing support. Will absolutely be ordering from Nomad again just based on customer service.

How can people rate this company so high? I order a phone case, paid for expedited shipping.... and here we are ten days later and nothing. I even got a shipping notice when I emailed to ask where my order was and they sent me the details on someone else's order.... I have asked to cancel the order and nothing....

⭐ 1 Star (and that’s being generous). FedEx lost my package and refused to take responsibility, instructing me to contact Nomad so they could file a claim. I’ve sent multiple emails and received nothing but automated responses. I have not received a single meaningful communication from Nomad regarding my lost order. I also tried calling several times, and every attempt went straight to voicemail. At this point, there has been absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Giving Nomad 1 star is being generous because I never received the product I paid for, and I received no support from the company either. A business should stand behind its customers when a shipment is lost, but Nomad has been completely unresponsive throughout this entire process. James
