I tried to get some half links as the band did not fit just right. Dave contacted me and since they were moving to a different manufacturing place, he decided to send me another full band. It arrived within a few days. This was customer service at its best. And, the band is extremely high quality and looks great.

Poor, nonresponsive customer service. I ordered multiple watch bands, and when they arrived, one of the bands was the wrong one. Honest mistake. Can only email/chat with customer service. They wanted a photo of the wrong product, which was sent promptly, a shipping label was sent, and the correct band was to be sent. A month later and I am still waiting for the new, correct product, or a reply with when the band will ship. In the meantime, the incorrect band was received back by them. Customer service is completely lacking..

Viel zu teuer! Für ein Cover welches direkt aus Hongkong geliefert wird 79,- verlangen und dann kommen noch 27,- für Einfuhrabgaben dazu. In Summe 106,- für ein chinesisches Cover. War sicher die letzte Bestellung bei Nomad.
