NomadReviews of nomadgoods.com

Nomad offers great products and service. I have two of the watchbands for my ultra to watch and I’m very pleased highly recommend nomad.!

Excellent customer service. Excellent quality Apple Watch band. I ordered the wrong band initially. Customer service was excellent. Canceled the order. IMMEDIATELY refunded the wrong item ordered. I then placed an order for the correct item. It arrived super quick and is AWESOME. Ordering another color tonight.

Great products and the customer service is very good. I had to replace a screen protector and the process was quick and easy.

Awesome. I really appreciate it…thank you

Expensive products and average experience. At least bring the price a bit down.

They were very quick to attend to my warranty request.

I've purchase a couple of Horween iPhone cases in the past because I reckon they're the finest of their kind available. Then I decided to purchase a Horween leather strap for my Ultra. While the leather is superb, the fastener was faulty so the one strap wouldn't click into place. Disappointed, and not expecting a reaction, my review was less than stellar. Subsequently, the reaction and assistance from Nomad Support still has me astonished. They couldn't have been more helpful, supportive, and understanding. Quicker than I could blink, a replacement was on its way. Wow. If only other folks out there were like Nomad. Seriously, people. I'm impressed. They stand by their products. You can't go wrong. Well done, Nomad!

Great customer service quick response and will handle all issues you have. Will continue to order nomad products.
