En primer lugar creo que tiene una página muy amigable para navegar, con fotos muy ilustrativas de los productos. Me agrada la rápida respuesta que dan y que puedan enviar a mi país con un costo razonable. La empresa de shipping que usan es muy buena y eficiente en tiempo. Lo único que mejoraría es poder dar algún tipo de beneficio a los clientes que somos recurrentes. Veo promociones para nuevos clientes (códigos con regalos, etc), y para los que hemos comprado varias veces no aplican esos códigos o han ido restringiendo los descuentos por ejemplo. Finalmente manejo también celular Samsung y iPhone, y la verdad me gustaría poder contar con al menos cases para celulares Samsung.

The best case i have even owned. This company is the best. They are in Santa Barbara area I think. I buy the same Modern Leather folio case with the horween leather. Horween leather is best because it is vegetable tanned so it doesn't use harsh chemicals. This has good drop protection too. Also, their customer service is the best. Thanks Happy Customer

Very fast and very Gently

I had to made a claim about a warranty this time around. I won’t go into crazy details about what for but I will absolutely say that the agent that goes by Ozi was an absolute legend. I couldn’t believe I ran into him a second time. Hes such a kind generous fellow. I wouldn’t want to be connected with anyone else but him. He took time out of his own to day listen to my selfish problems and genuinely cared. He talked to me and we had a good conversation before the ticket was handled. THAT is what you call great customer support. I won’t be buying from anyone else but them from now on. It seems they are like a small family. Don’t underestimate these guys, you will be thrilled with the product. If there’s any issues with it when it arrives you better BEST BELIEVE they will handle it with the upmost care.
