Top notch customer service. Friendly staff that is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers are happy. I had an issue with an item that I purchased some time ago that was clearly out of warranty. Nomad staff did not hesitate to rectify the issue. Will definitely be purchasing from them as well as recommending them to friends/family in the future.

What an absolute mess. I ordered the new Stratos bands and what should have been a premium experience turned into a frustrating, expensive nightmare from start to finish. The product didn’t work out, and assembling it was far more complicated than it had any right to be. What’s even more disappointing is your return process for international customers. After paying $259 CAD for a strap that ultimately didn’t work, I was then forced to pay nearly another $175 CAD out of pocket just to ship it back to Hong Kong. That’s not premium service. That’s punishing customers for taking a chance on your brand. I work in retail selling Apple Watches every day, and based on this experience, I’ll be making sure customers know exactly what to expect before spending their money here. Do better.

Great products, customer service and warranty! I have purchased several items from charging bases to power adapter. Love everything I have purchased. My charging base died just before the 2 year warranty and customer service responded quickly and sent me a new charging base. I highly recommend this company and their products!

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My case showed up a day early, which was a pleasant surprise. The product itself is exactly what I expected. 10 on 10.
