Buyer beware
Buyer beware - I purchased sofa mats for my two couches and put them on just ahead of thanksgiving. It’s been a little over three weeks that I’ve been using them and they are already starting to deteriorate. I’ve washed them once. They have snags and pulls and they’re wrinkly. I was told to adjust them gently and watch for pet nails, keys in pockets, etc… this is everyday life. I guess they expect people and dogs to tread lightly … I’m just disappointed because I expected them to do so much better based on their marketing. And because I was one week out of warranty they won’t help me, which is horrible customer service. I won’t be shopping here again and suggest others look carefully.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that the sofa mats didn’t meet your expectations, and we understand how disappointing that can be. We do want to clarify that wear and tear is highly dependent on how the covers are used and the environment they’re exposed to. The warranty covers issues that are present upon arrival or noticed immediately during first use. Once the product has been used for several weeks and exposed to daily activity, any damage at that point is considered normal wear from usage rather than a manufacturing defect. We have many customers who use the same sofa mats daily with pets and family members and have not experienced issues, but usage can vary greatly from home to home. Factors like pet nails, sharp objects, friction, and how the mats are handled can all impact their longevity. We understand your frustration, and we appreciate your feedback. It helps us continue improving our products and communicating expectations clearly. If there’s anything else we can assist you with, we’re here to help.
