My Danes have taken over the couch I used to love, which has cause pilling and made the fabric scratchy and full of dog hair. I was ready to burn the couch…until I discovered Nolan. The covers are stylish, comfortable, easy to remove for washing, and ultimately gave my couch new life. If you have dogs on the couch, I highly recommend those covers. I plan to get another set in the future.

Horrible quality and service
I ordered the miracle plus sofa covers and within a week one had already developed a hole and then a week later another developed a hole. I got a replacement for both and one of the replacements ended up with a hole a week later. Their policy states that they will replace damaged products within a month but by the third issue they tried to tell me it was my fault and the damage was minimal. These covers are advertised to be durable and pet proof and while accidents happen, 3 damaged covers within 30 days is poor quality not normal wear and tear. Product description is grossly misleading and not as described. Do not buy.

Thank you for your review. We want to clarify the situation accurately for transparency.
Our team carefully reviewed each issue you reported, including photos. All three instances of damage were small punctures/snags, which are consistent with pet claws or contact with a sharp object rather than any manufacturing defect. While our covers are durable and pet-friendly, no fabric cover on the market is fully scratch-proof or puncture-proof. Damage caused by pets, sharp nails, pressure, or snagging cannot be classified as “defective” under any fabric-based product warranty.
Despite this, we still processed:
✔️ Two courtesy replacements
✔️A full refund for the damaged chaise cover, even though replacement items are normally non-refundable
You later requested a 50% refund for the rest of the used, undamaged pieces, but those items showed no defects and were in good, usable condition. To remain fair and consistent with all customers, we cannot issue refunds or partial refunds for items that are not defective.
We stand behind the durability of our products, but we must be clear:
Pet-caused punctures, snags, excessive pressure, or exposure to sharp nails/objects fall under user-related damage, not product failure.
Our team went beyond standard policy to assist you, including exceptions typically not offered. If there is anything else we can further clarify, we’re always here to help.
