My experience has been great! So many companies today lack basic customer service skills. Nolan Interior went above and beyond to help me find the right fit for my couch. I’m very pleased and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

LOVE Magic Sofa Covers!
Absolutely love the magic sofa covers! They have saved my furniture and with measuring they fit perfectly! Customer service is amazing as well!!

Nothing magic about their magic blanket
I purchased a Nolan interior magic blanket. On their website they advertise it as being water resistant or spill proof. Big mistake. The blanket is zero percent water resistant. If you spill even a drop of water it basically passes right through. Also, Canadians beware, they do not accept returns for international purchases ! You have to read through the nitty gritty details of their website for that bit of info. Overall, I am very disappointed in the company’s product and advertising. Next time, I’ll opt for an oversized blanket from Winners since it’ll prove to be just as spill resistant but for much less.

We would like to respectfully clarify a few points for accuracy. On our website and product description, the Magic Blanket is not advertised as waterproof or fully water-resistant. It is described as providing protection from spills, stains, wear, and tear, and is intended for minor, everyday mishaps, not for complete liquid resistance. This distinction is clearly stated in the product information prior to purchase.
Regarding returns, our international return policy, including orders shipped to Canada, is clearly outlined on our website under our Return & Refund Policy. As stated, we do not currently accept returns for orders placed outside the United States. This information is available for review before checkout.

I accidentally purchased the wrong…
I accidentally purchased the wrong cushion cover and needed to return it. But unfortunately I live in Canada and returns from here are much more difficult. Mary was the customer service representative who helped me and she was great! Super helpful and very efficient. My issue was resolved in record time!

I selected the wrong colour of seat and back colours for my sectional by mistake…Nolan offered to send the correct colour without requiring me to ship the original covers back. Outstanding customer service. I will not hesitate to order again in the future!

I purchased the wrong color of covers…
I purchased the wrong color of covers on my first order and they made it very easy to exchange. My exchange package was then lost in the Christmas shuffle at my post office and they immediately offered me a refund or to send out another exchange order. The kindness in all their emails were a rarity in today’s world. I give this company a big 10!!!
