Happy customer, great customer service doesn’t go unnoticed
Firstly the product is great quality. I went and bought couch covers that were on sale. Unfortunately the covers arrived and were too small. The company had awesome customer service and worked with me to find a solution. I’m a happy customer. Thank you!

I had to contact the customer service…
I had to contact the customer service thru e-mail on my first order as I wasn't sure exactly how to determine fit for my covers. The response was prompt and accurate. I received my order and it was great. There were some covers that were not a color match for my sofa so I had to return them. The return went smoothly and we are very satisfied with the product quality and the customer service.

I love Nolan Interior products
I love Nolan Interior products. I have purchased the couch blankets and received so many compliments on them. They are of great quality and look good too! I also have the cushion covers and love that I can change the look of my sofa and protect it at the same time. The last thing I will say is that their customer service is fantastic. My shipment got lost by the shipper and Nolan Interiors was on it and had a new shipment sent my way.

Good product - would recommend!

Customer Service is SO good!
I reached out to customer service following arriving home to my package being on my steps open with items missing. I emailed during closed hours yet still received a response an hour or two later with confirmation of delivery with photo. I was asked to provide photos of what the package looked like and representative responded timely stating that it looks like items were stolen following delivery. They provided a reshipment with no questions asked and I am so grateful. This is the first time a package of mine was stolen and all the representative I spoke with were professional, quick, supportive, and positive. Dare I say this is the best customer service experience I ever had.
