The company really wants to make you happy. If they see there is a problem with quality, they address it. Great customer service but make sure you check terms of sale. Please order up a size when measuring- Especially back pillows.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to do so 😊 We’re glad to hear you felt supported by our team. Making sure our customers are happy and addressing any quality concerns promptly is very important to us 💛 Regarding sizing, that’s a great point to highlight. To ensure the best possible fit, we always recommend carefully checking our size guide and measuring the length (L), width (W), and height (H) of each cushion before ordering. Back pillows especially can vary in thickness, so confirming all three dimensions helps customers select the most accurate size. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and helpful advice to other shoppers! The Nolan Interior Team

Our rating is for their pre sale service not the product as we have not had it delivered yet. Their customer service is excellent and we trust the product lives up to that
