Hi Jeff! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and would like to clarify a few points. We reached out to you and sent a follow-up email regarding your concern. After this follow-up, we then received your message asking about the status of your order, and our team responded promptly with the information and clarification about your order. Regarding the payment, the charge you are seeing is not a second charge made by us. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding with the total order amount. The amount reflected in your PayPal account includes the full order total, including tax, which is clearly indicated in the order confirmation you received at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not have the ability to charge a PayPal account twice without a separate order being placed. You will only be charged through PayPal when an order is successfully placed. If there is still any confusion regarding the transaction, we recommend reviewing the transaction details directly in your PayPal account or contacting PayPal support for further clarification.
