Was able to easily choose what I wanted, and I was sent what I wanted, without being hassled for papers and it came in a reasonable amount of time. Other companies should take notice. This is how a business should be ran.

Excellent service. But seller should warn customers that their shipment requires an ID and signature from an adult. We missed our shipment and had lots of trouble getting it from FedEx.

I purchased a BIPAP machine from No Insurance Medical. I ordered on a weekend. Early Monday morning I received an email for verification on my order. About an hour later, I received an email saying my order had shipped. 2 days later it arrived. Their customer service and shipping speed are excellent. In addition, I saved about $350 compared to the best price I had found elsewhere. I definitely will use them again.

I ordered a nebulizer for my 4 year old. Their price was competitor, shipping and delivery went rather smoothly. I noticed, however, that the nebulizer was taking a long time to distribute the medication. Additionally, it was causing the tubing to become extremely hot. I’ve emailed twice regarding this matter with no response. What I have been getting are emails to review my experience. So here I am. I have an extremely busy lifestyle so emailing is my preference. I will have to try and schedule a call as my issue has not been resolved.

Two weeks - CC has been billed - order has not been sent. Within 30 minutes of placing my order, I requested that it be cancelled. My CC was billed for the item anyway, but I never received the item in question.
