I ordered a CPAP mask on a Friday. By the next weekend, I still hadn't received any updates regarding my order and the online summary said the order was still waiting fulfillment. I called in on Monday (10 days after I placed my order) and was finally told they were waiting on me to send them a copy of my ID so they could finish processing the order. It was a bit frustrating, as no one contacted me saying they needed my ID. Once I sent my ID in, I received my mask within 4 days.
