My AC power converter for my CPAP machine had to be replaced do to frayed wires. I ordered one via Amazon and it did not properly work with my machine due to having too much amperage. I called No Insurance Medical Supplies and they knew exactly what part I needed. Two days after my call it arrived and is working like the original.

I bought a CPAP machine which ultimately worked out fine. After I submitted my prescription, it required several calls from me to the sales person over a couple of days as my messages were not returned. When I placed the order, I told the clerk I thought I was undercharged, but the clerk insisted the price was right. I later got an e-mail charging me the balance as the clerk’s pricing was wrong. The machine arrived set up incorrectly, so I again had to call for assistance. I did get a call back from a tech who talked me through changing to the proper setup. Dealing with these people is frustrating and taxing. You really have to work to get someone to sell you the correct stuff at the right price. Not fun, but my machine now seems fine. It’s miserable when people will not call you back.
