Did not have the concentrator I wanted. Received a call advising it was not available. However they did send a different model which was a little bigger and is a bit more noisy but does the job. I gave them a 3 because it took a while to get the concentrator delivered.

I got a vibe that this was a shady company based on peculiar e-mail addresses and slow-to-respond answers to questions. I actually asked for a refund and then was provided with the tracking number for the $2900 item I purchased.

We are sorry that you had an issue with email responses. The emails are addressed in the order they come in and we do receive a significant amount daily. As for our email addresses all employees have corporate emails for both the wholesale & retail size of our company.

The two skincare products I received have expiration dates of December 2019, which is in 8 months away. When I previously purchased this product from another online source the expiration date was well over a year away. Customer service said there is nothing they can do. Seems they are selling older products with short expiration dates. Maybe that’s why the price was low. I’m reaching out to the manufacturer. I’ll be hesitant to order from them again. I try to order from smaller companies instead of Amazon. But Amazon Work with you on these issues. The company response is disappointing. Their comments are not in line with my dermatologist and the jars she sells in her office.

We shipped out new stock that was received directly from the manufacturer. The cream is expected to be used up within that time period if being used correctly.

Company won’t answer their customers calls and won’t return voice messages. Also some employees need to be bettter trained to use their computer software. They had me listed twice (Ron & Ronald) and it took the rep forever to find the last items i had ordered even though I told them i had ordered them. No excuse for this incompetence.

Was a problem with my order quantity (packing slip said all of order, but only half was sent). Took two phone calls a week apart to finally get the matter resolved, even though the first call supposedly fixed the issue. Gotta work on that there folks!

I ordered the product on Friday Dec 21 and had it shipped to a location in another State where my wife was heading. The shipping record said it was posted after 7 pm Dec 26th. It was for her use. I did not see where Christmas Eve was a holiday, so I expected the shipment to be made on Dec 24th. The label was created then, but it was not mailed. The shipment arrived Dec 31st, Monday night at 5:12 pm. She had already left to come home. So it took 10 days to get, with Christmas in there. Maybe my bad for expecting less than that, but still, 10 days is long. And now the piece is in another state a long way away.
