17 Days and Still No Product
Order was confirmed on 8-4 and it's now 8-21 and I still haven't received the order. I inquired on 8-18 because tracking showed it still sitting in NY. I was told they would look into it and then I get a notification with a new tracking number that now states it won't be delivered until 8-25. I'm not sure where the fault is, really doesn't matter. No explanation from "No Insurance Medical Supplies", no apology. Just pretty bad customer service.
