Website very misleading. Didn't realise I was ordering from the US - not tye UK. Website makes you think that its free to return items. It isn’t. They charged me £12 to return a pair of trainers. Rubbish

They got right after my concern and provided value in from of a discount for the inconvenience. Buying stuff online can sometimes be challenging, but knowing there is great customer service if there is an issue, make me feel confident to keep coming back.

The lace loop on my shoes broke during normal wear. I texted the company and through AI they were able to execute an identical new pair to be sent out to me. It was thorough and efficient. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

How comfortable the shoes are is a bonus. Customer service made the biggest difference to purchase more products in the future!

Unfortunately, the shoes I ordered did not fit my feet. Jespher from the chat assisted me in making the return and advising me on what design would better suit my needs. I look forward to finding the right style and fit in this brand.
