Easy and fast with solutions for my probem.

Firstly, I was guided by a chat support all the time I was browsing through their various models for me, and finally pointing out one that suited my needs and my particular foot type. They’re famous for their hybrid shoes for use at the gym for both strength training and (cardio) movement and now that I’ve received the product via immediate Int’l Courier, I can say it has all the good properties their shoe company boasts of…it’s sleek, lightweight, stylish, comfortable and stable. I live in the Philippines and although I paid for so many additional taxes almost negating the “first purchase 30% discount” I got, I got my shoes on time (less than a week it was ordered) and I am a satisfied customer indeed! I may be the first one to own a NoBull in our local gym and I smile at the thought! Who knows? Despite being a little pricey, I just might go and buy again!

NOBULL makes some of the best shoes out there — whether you’re training hard or just looking for something stylish and comfortable for everyday wear. Their shoes fit incredibly well and feel great right out of the box. I was also really impressed with their customer support; they were quick to respond, communicated clearly, and went out of their way to understand my issue and provide an effective solution.

Real agent customer service is wonderful. Stay away from the AI/virtual chatbot. Said bot caused me to order the wrong size shoe and now awaiting the order so I can turn around and return same! At this point I'm not even sure I will be allowed to do that.

Excellent customer service. Feel like the sizing info could be a little better, styles marked true to size seem to run small. Have bought a few pairs from nobull and love the quality

Not sure why it's only 3.8... I've gotten running shoes from nobull a few times now and customer service is always on point. You can't call, but they really get things done on that text chat. Real person that really tries every time.
