I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Ordered several pairs of shoes for me and wife. Just had my first pair of shoes that the sole was coming apart. Everything from reporting the issues all the way to getting a new pair shipped was under 24 hours. Definitely impressed with how fast the process was.

Shipping and service was great, actual fit of the shoe ( at least the one I ordered) way smaller than my normal size. Wanted the shoes for a trip, so had to send back and buy different brand locally. Refund has been started but not received yet. But that’s typical

I purchased at pair of shoes right before Christmas but after about 3 months, the rubber soles at heel of one of the shoes started lifting. I reached out to the company via online chat and was able to work with an agent to get a replacement pair at no charge. I really like the way the shoes fit and feel during my HIIT workouts. They provide just the right amount of support and flexibility to perform whatever exercises I'm doing, whether more strength training or more cardio sessions. Perfect shoe for that cross training environment

I ordered shoes and t-shirt on sale for a good price. While UPS shows that it delivered the package to a parcel locker at my apartment complex, I didn't get a Parcel Pending notification and so have not been able to retrieve the package. The favorable rating is for customer service - Katrina was quick to offer a reshipment or refund while I wait for her team to find out about the package. I'll wait for a couple of days and follow-up.

Real agent customer service is wonderful. Stay away from the AI/virtual chatbot. Said bot caused me to order the wrong size shoe and now awaiting the order so I can turn around and return same! At this point I'm not even sure I will be allowed to do that.

Excellent customer service. Feel like the sizing info could be a little better, styles marked true to size seem to run small. Have bought a few pairs from nobull and love the quality

Jeg har aldrig problemer med leveringer fra NOBULL. Kvaliteten er perfekt på t-shirts og toppe. Nogle gange kan størrelser være lidt off og lang leveringstid.
