Ordering is easy but they screw you with any rewards that you want to redeem. Reverting items to original price rather than the sale price advertised with the redemption of points. Also their shipping is horrid. I am in Canada and there is literally ZERO communication about shipping. No tracking, no ETA nothing. Just randomly appears on your doorstep 3-5 weeks later like a stray cat. The shoes are comfortable but I wouldn't say they are the most durable products out there. All in all tho I keep returning.

NOBULL's pricing policies are awful. Three times the price increased after I put an item in my cart. This time, however, an employee listened to my complaint. She stepped in fixed everything. Finally, I found a NOBULL employee who understands customer service.

The shoes are comfortable but the laces are too short and won't stay tied. I reached out to customer service and was told they would not provide me with other laces but I was welcome to purchase them on their site. Pretty disappointing.

I bought the Boonie Hat here, and it looks nice and fits well. The bright white color is clean, but the material feels a bit thinner than expected. Overall, an okay purchase with decent service.

The only reason they're even getting 3 stars is because they make, based on my experience, the best running shoes and their customer support agents are wonderful. They lose two stars on their horrible shipping choices. Using DHL cost them those two stars. DHL is horrible, and displays the greed of Nobull corporate. They'd rather save a few dollars and give their customers a horrible experience than spend a few dollars more, use UPS, and give their customers a superior experience. DHL took 3 days to even move my shipment from one truck to the next, then when my shipment arrived in my state they're once again taking far longer than necessary to move my shipment from their hub to USPS for the final leg of delivery. That's 100% Nobull corporate's fault because the reputation of DHL as a very subpar logistics company is very well known.

Initially, the package I ordered is not what I received. The company worked to correct the issue, which I do appreciate, but it should not have happened. The product did eventually arrive, but unfortunately my feet are too wide for the shoes to fit comfortably. As such, I opted to return them. I feared this would be complicated by the aforementioned exchange of the erroneously delivered product for the correct product, but their customer service alleviated any such concerns after a conversation, pending of course that the refund arrives as promised. I'm sure the shoes are of fine quality - they just don't fit my big fat sasquatch feet :-(

Compré una camiseta junto a una sudadera las navidades del año pasado y con respecto a la durabilidad que prometen, es más que decente, por eso le pongo sus 3 estrellas, deseando ponerle 4. Sin embargo, parece que la camiseta (verde militar con logotipo simple) nunca repele ni aleja bien el sudor, dejando un olor a pescado podrido, que por mucho que uno se duche y asee con diligencia y rigor, todos los días que voy a entrenar salgo con este irremediable pestazo... Creo que la marca es buena, está bien, por eso desearía sugerencias sobre algún otro modelo que pueda probar porque aquí claramente falla el producto, no mi higiene personal y si no... pues bueno... ya iré al médico 😅 Saludos :))

My shoes finally arrived with no extra custom or import duties to Denmark. They are amazing shoes and look great. Quality seems good too and true to size. The delivery arrived on time as promised so I can’t complain but the time until dispatch (9 working days after order placed) and time to deliver (11 working days after dispatch) is a little too long!! I ordered 2nd Feb and they arrived 2nd March!! If the delivery was faster (max. 10 working days for dispatch and delivery combined), I’d order again but this is just far too long.
