No bull backs their products and is quick with their responses and seem to want to make sure their customers are actually helpful with the solution. I have multiple pairs of different styles and I have no complaints!

I love the Nobull products, have for years now. The website is clear, easy, looks good and shows off the product wel. And the customer service is very helpful, easy go reach, and know what the status is of your order and help you through the proces.

I have 5 pairs of NOBULL shoes and all are top quality. The Outwork Flex is my favorite training shoe ever. Unfortunately, one pair had a flawed eyelet that frayed after about a dozen uses. I submitted a warranty claim (took 5 minutes) and NOBULL support contacted me an hour later offering my choice of replacement or refund. I chose refund and the new product shipped that day. No more questions asked.

Great products and very excellent customer service. The Outwork is the perfect gym shoe for lifting and kettlebell work. I was initially upset over my misunderstanding of what its idea of “express shipping” is, but I ended up receiving my order by the guaranteed arrival date regardless, so no harm no foul — although I am wiping egg off my face for making a bigger stink out of it than I should have.

Always happy with the product NoBull puts out... With that said, their customer service is amazing as well. I had an issue with a pair of fairly new shoes. I reported it to customer service, supplied all the photos they requested and they took care of the issue the same day. Truly exceptional service!

Firstly, these shoes are seriously the most comfortable I’ve ever had. I’m a fitness instructor so I’m bouncing around a gym all day long. I own several pairs and had some quality control issues with two pairs. I got onto the website and completed the warranty claim form and was incredibly surprised to get a reply within minutes. They have already shipped a new pair of shoes to me and also emailed me a gift card. Really superb customer service!!

Customer Service Representative Chris was professional, courteous, and thorough when researching and responding to an issue I had. He quickly resolved the issue and made me feel like valued customer in the process. Well done!!
