Ordered 8.5. Packing slip said 7. The shoes were too small. They would not replace. Useless

Yesterday,9/15/26, NOBULL was having a sale for shoes for $99. I put 3 pair of shoes into my cart and then waiting until the evening to let my wife add some shoes. Later that evening she added shoes that were not on sale so I tried to use the 25% off welcome code I was given and it made all the shoes regular price. I cleared my cart and then we decided just to buy the 2 shoes that I had that were on sale and remove the rest. I added the shoes to my cart and then went to pay. When I went to the payment screen the price jumped from $99 each to $170 each. I tried this multiple times and it continued to jump up. This did not leave good impression on a company I was originally trying to buy $600 of shoes from. We decided not to get anything.

Customer service seems to be a constant problem if you run into an issue with your sneakers and/or apparel. There's no phone number to call, just email, and my recent experience was, like previous ones, an exercise in patience and perseverance. You have to email constantly to get someone to answer you. Also - and it saddens me to say this - the quality on their sneakers has gone downhill. The sizing is odd, and the sneakers don't last that long. My last pair, the soles started coming apart after 6 or so months. Nike stands behind their sneakers, which is why I'll be going back to them.

I have been a customer of Public Rec for many years and very satisfied. I placed an order for the pants I always get that were on sale for $70.00 I got an email ad yesterday that the same pants are now $50.00. I requested a $20.00 credit for each pair(I purchased 2 pair) and I was told they do not modify the price on an order. I asked for a return authorization and was told that it was not eligible for a return! Needless to say I will never do business with this company again. In viewing customer satisfaction ratings..43% are 1 star. I am adding to that rating! Fool me once shame on you..fool me twice shame on me. There will not be a second time!

My first order from NoBull this week for a pair of trainers. Order remains unsent and only the shipping protection has been processed. Emailed customer service and received an AI bot reply. Really, really poor. Requesting a refund as they seem unable to resolve orders anymore Order number: 207929078

Please , I hope this review gets to someone who will listen. It may just be me and many of the top tshirt companies are doing same thing. BUT PLEASE THE LENGTH OF THE BOTTOM SEAM NEAR THE UNDERARM IS TERRIBLY TOO SHORT. From the seam to the end of the sleeve is like 2 inches at the underarm so when you raise your arm at the gym the whole shirt moves up uncomfortably. So many shirts are like this now and I am lost on why companies do it. More length under your underarms are needed. Please, these shirts are ass the way you make them. Great material, comfortable but the design under your arms are TRASH.

Constantly getting emails offering sale prices and discount codes. You view the item, and it shows the discounted price. You go to check out, and suddenly the discounts are gone and you are paying full price, plus crazy nonsense shipping protection charges.... will NOT be giving this company my business!
