My shoe had a defect. I sent pictures and they replaced them without question. I didn't even have to send them back!

The customer service was incredibly personable and quick. I felt heard and not just like another number in the list of conversations. Nobull also has the very best shoes available.

I ordered shoes and t-shirt on sale for a good price. While UPS shows that it delivered the package to a parcel locker at my apartment complex, I didn't get a Parcel Pending notification and so have not been able to retrieve the package. The favorable rating is for customer service - Katrina was quick to offer a reshipment or refund while I wait for her team to find out about the package. I'll wait for a couple of days and follow-up.

Amazing customer service when USPS failed to deliver a package even through they indicated was delivered. Team responded immediately through the online chat and followed up with emails to enusure goods were reshipped.

Customer service is dead in today’s world, but not with Angelic and NoBull. I couldn’t be happier with my shoes and service.
